ACQ5 is an independent awards organisation that has been celebrating the achievements of innovative companies since 2006. The agency uses an independent nomination process, and all awards winners are chosen by their respective industries. ACQ5 is the only industry award organisation that honours candidates solely based on voter participation.
This year, RDB Star Rating Limited scooped the top prize in its segment, thanks to its mission to improve residential care and drive up the sector’s standards.
The care industry has struggled with scandals and public image issues in recent years.
